All amounts shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.

We do not impose any kind of transaction fee on your purchase. 

Payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated. 

Blossholm ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means that the connection is completely secure. 


Return and right of cancellation

There is a 100-day full right of return on goods purchased on our webshop. 

The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You bear any return costs yourself, just as the choice of carrier is your own. 

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 100 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation, the order must be in our hands no later than 100 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of cancellation.


The notice must be given by email at, where you must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. From here we will inform you about your options for returning the item.


We strive to answer inquiries within 24 hours, but it can take up to 1-2 working days. If your inquiry is not answered within 1-2 working days, please try to contact our customer service.


It is up to Blossholm ApS to assess the condition of the goods. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the item, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back.


Right of complaint 

According to the Danish Sales Act, there is a 2-year right to complain about products. Complaints apply to defects in material and/or manufacturing. 


Complaints must be notified to Blossholm ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, one month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. 


The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product. 


Blossholm ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept parcels sent on cash on delivery.

Personal data policy 

When you buy an item and pass on the information yourself, we receive customer data. As data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third parties to process some of our information, among other things in our freight handling, which was not developed by Blossholm ApS. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.
