Simply contact our customer service and we will guide you through the easy return process, even offering pickup at your home address. This is complimentary to the 10 year warranty covering any defects.

We've optimized the design to minimize waste while ensuring protection, using only essential materials and tailoring the packaging to each design. In the rare case your mirror arrives damaged, we'll replace it immediately. Email us at info@blossholm.com with photos of the damage, and we'll assist as fast as possible.
