At Blossholm we offer 100-day free returns and 10 years of warranty on all products.
Cancellation must be reported to us within 100 days after the item has been received. Please contact us at info@blossholm.com in order to arrange for a return.

Returns are free of charge on all orders and products.

If your item is damaged at arrival, contact us and we will replace it at no additional cost. In case of this, please provide photos of the packaging and product.

How to make a return

The notice must be given by mail to info@blossholm.com where you clearly state that you wish to use your right of return. From here we will inform you about your options for returning the item.

We strive to answer inquiries within 24 hours, but it can take up to 3 working days. If your inquiry is not answered within 3 working days, please try to contact our customer service on the phone.

Refunds

Once the items arrive to our warehouse we start the refunding process directly to the payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow upwards of 7-10 banking days before refund is processed.
