- We aim to achieve 1-2 business days to ship your order, however, delays might occur during busy periods.
- All orders are shipped locally from our warehouse in Copenhagen, Denmark. The exact delivery method will be shown upon checkout.
- You will receive tracking from the delivery company once the order has been shipped.
- The estimated delivery time starts from the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse (usually within 1-2 business days).

Delivery with Dachser (oversized items)
Deliveries with Dachser are shipped on a customized pallet to the ground/street level. Pallet will not be taken return upon delivery.
You are responsible for bringing in the delivery from the curb. Please note products may be heavy - we recommend two persons for this.
Dachser delivery service is only available to Europe.
Pre Orders
Pre orders are stated on the product page, typically at the top of the product description, where the estimated delivery time is also informed.
- Delivery time may vary by +- 30 days.
- As soon as the item is back in stock it will be shipped out.
- Payment is withdrawn in advance.
- You can cancel your pre-order at any time and receive a full refund.
- Pre-order products are not available to purchase through Paypal, Klarna and some card issuers, as pre-orders are not accepted in their standard terms.
